FINAL CALL: get your supermarket delivery charges refunded

Miss Thrifty2 December 9, 2013

I love mySupermarket.co.uk: since I began using this website, which compares prices on more than 10,000 supermarket products and saves its users an average £17 per shop, I’ve racked up some substantial savings.

If you are a member of mySupermarket.co.uk, you make savings in a number of different ways. The site prices up your basket at Tesco, Aldi, Asda, Waitrose, Sainsbury’s and Ocado so that you can choose the cheapest supermarket for you. It logs all the latest deals – and is also overflowing with its own, exclusive vouchers and deals on groceries.

Last week, I posted about the new VIP programme at mySupermarket. VIP members get fixed cashback of £5 every time they do their supermarket shopping online, between now and the end of December 2013. In other words, if you are a mySupermarket VIP you get your online supermarket delivery charges refunded.

This post has a dual purpose: firstly, to remind you that although the VIP programme is invitation-only, mySupermarket has extended a VIP invitation to every Miss Thrifty reader who would like one

Secondly, I want to remind you that this deal closes TODAY. [UPDATE: this VIP has now closed.]

You can find the sign-up instructions below, and the full terms and conditions on my previous post about this offer.

The official closing date is 9 am on Monday morning, but I can extend that by a couple of hours. Suffice it to say, if you would like to sign up and save, the time to do so is now. As in, right now.

How to become a mySupermarket VIP

1. Register with mySupermarket.co.uk. This only takes a minute. Register here (opens in new window).

2. Enter your email address below and press the blue ‘Subscribe’ button. (You will be sent a confirmation email.)

[UPDATE: I have removed this sign-up form as the deal has now expired. Sorry to be a Debbie Downer.]

3. …Wait for email confirmation from mySupermarket.co.uk, oh Very Important Person! I will be sending VIP emails over to mySupermarket in batches throughout the week, and they are going to try and get everybody signed up as quickly as possible so we can all get shopping and saving. If you enter your email address above and receive nothing from mySupermarket within three days, please let me know ASAP and I will sort it out.

Finally: if you are new to mySupermarket and wondering how it all works, I have made a short video (here on the blog, and also on my YouTube channel) to give you an overview. Any questions, not just about the VIP offer but about mySupermarket in general, just ping ’em my way.
