Ignore fashion and shop for what suits you - ebay is much better for that kind of shopping than are stores, in which the focus is on short-term fashion in colours and shapes. I now have a great capsule wardrobe - ie a few pieces, which all go together - I can get dressed in 5 mins without stress! Wonderful stuff!

Although admirable, this seems a little ocd to me and I won't be partaking. In keeping with thriftiness, I only buy from charity shops, clothes swapping or car booties so don't have the same problem.
