Gosh ! Fame at last.......sort of.

African Violets do not like sunshine, they like to live in fairly strong daylight with no draughts. They will sulk if you move them, and they don't like to be lonely, they like quite a crowded pot, and they absolutely HATE to be overwatered, mine have been known to dry out (but not for long), the leaves have actually drooped and then revived after a little TLC.

I give them a treat and feed them about once a year.

Howzat ?

I have had an african violet plant for 7 years, Seven!, including twice rescuing it after tossing it away, and it's only bloomed for me once! If your grandma has any ideas, I sure want to hear them!
