I wish our utility providers would do a 5% discount for level pay!   

We have a program here called &quot;Share the Warmth&quot;.  I kick in an extra $2-3 (about 5 pounds) a month for a fund to help the elderly and poor with their winter heating bills.  It&#039;s administered by the Salvation Army, and means tested, so I&#039;m happy that it&#039;s money well spent.</description>
